Visayan Ethnic Way of Writing turned into a Font

Baybayin or Alibata is the Filipino way of writing.... which probably primarily originated from its East-Asian roots; before it became the Indo-Malay script, it was first used in the old Phoenician and the old Armaic way of writing.



Visayan Ethnic Way of Writing: 

Apparently, it has originated from the Indonesian-Malaysian Culture.

3 Vowels: { A, I, U }

(Alibata, Using Bisaya Hervas Font)

*E = I; O = U;

13 Consonants: { B, K, D, G, H, L, M, N, NG, P, S, T, Y}

*V = B; Q = K;  R = D; F = P; X = S; W = U; Z = S;

** If  "J" sounded as "H", then use "H";
** If "C" sounded as "S", then use "S";
** If "C" sounded as "K", then use "K";


*If you want to type the letter "NG", just press Shift+N ( uppercase "N" )...

Commonly Used Consonant Cluster: { J [ D'Y ] }

This is the National Filipino way of writing; And also known as "Tagalog Doctrina (1593)" or simply as "Tagalog Script" and was registered as a  Unicode font  ( 1700 – 171F ) / ISO 15924 (Tglg, 370).

Tagalog Way of Writing was influenced by the Ethnic Groups of  Indo-Malaysia and Taiwan.
